My live witout notebook

Last wek my notebook heat up to 89 celsius. and it used to quitely power down (not only shutdown or hang!!!). I decise to pick it for techincal check up and cleaning heating fan at Acer Support Center. By the way I must lie its for 3 or 4 days!!!

I addicted in internet for approximately 10 years and addicted in some of facebook game in few months althought my mobile can surf internet but it have too many limited.

Last night is the first day that I'm living witout notebook. I trying to do somethings that make me clam down. i choose to install sister notebook, the 6 years old one Pentium 4 Mobile 1.7Ghz with 128+512 MB of ram and 30GB Hard drive, with windows 7 beta build 7000!!!

It cannot boot by windows 7 set up disk. I want to fresh install it so I must find somethings to boot it. but I did not have windows 98 disk try another? vista setup disk? win2k set up disk? I think not .. so i call to my friends for solving this problem. my solution is Windows PE(Pre-install Environment). When I got it .. the time is 2am .. The time to sleep ... good bye the world ..

Greasemonkey my new firefox experience

I use firefox since version 1.5 or below. Follow some of its news and related and heard the greasemonkey too many times. but never learn or use it.

Yesterday its a chance! I try to write script to control some game on facebook :P. And I found It just like javascript which i am skillful.

It like coding javascript in my own page. it's so easy to write and control things. Don't mind the compatibility with ie because it run on firefox only! (Or other browser that surely support mozilla javascript)

This is acctually my great experience.

Can coffee make fresh?

The sleepy morning is make its the bad day. Coffee can freshen you. How can we know?

Many morning ago. I drank coffee without sugar or cream. I don't feel the difference. But when i feel a little sugar, The result was change. I feel much more fresh and it decrease my sleepiness.

So this is my hypothesis. Can caffeine awake people without sugar? or it work with sugar. Sugar make fresh and caffeine keep the hearth rate stable?

I usually buy cd album when i wanna listen it in my computer or devices. i love to rip it into my itune and give it cd cover artwork. but for thai artist album .. its all too many much more so difficult to find it. what's they afraid ? .. ghost cd? ... I only need cd cover artwork for my bought album in ipod ......

EOS 450D and cha-am beach

after i complain to EOS 450D on store plan last time. i was bought it in next week later. and carry it with me to cha-am beach ...

So in this trip, It did not be a fully travel trip. It just a relax and eating trip. That mean it did not have photos as much as it should be.

So this time I did not have enough time to take a photo because of my external job. so after i clear it i will free again to take a photo. please wait me a month my new camera ...

EOS 450D

I usually take a photo but didnt like to take a person shot!!! and I using Canon Powershot A95 since 3 years ago. late of last year i decide to buy new one. I make decision for brand and series till my bonus on my hand. That time I'm interesting in EOS especially EOS 400D. When I heard EOS 450D specification it make me dislike it !!!

Why? because it use SD/SDHC replace Compact Flash!!! Compact Flash speed at 60x is running at 8MB/s so SDHC class 6 have transfer rate at 6MB/s. So why they change!!!

SO the another compare ... 450D have more bigger LCD (3.0" from 2.5"), have more color bits (14 bits from 12 bits), live longer battery (battery capacity grow up 50%) , Live view and price, it's just 2000-5000 THB pay more than 400D

Last 2 days, I too much more serious to make decision for which camera I need. Because of 450D will on store in the middle of april ... after my renong trip!! and i want new camera for this trip ... Will you say "400D is better" ?

Now I make decision to waiting EOS 450D because if I buy 400D now .. I'll not have enough time to finish my exist jobs....

Am I have a true decision?

It's closely to 10 years that i coding web application in PHP. The advantage of its is the text management, easy to read and write code, and power of hash array.

I usually use array in many program or library to store data. And have one case that I never know about it, The "Array node removing". I usually loop the array and move keep node into new array. Yes! it's too waste.. but I don't know how can i do for remove node. It have array_pop() and array_shift() but cannot remove specific node.

Today I found the way to do that!!! it just use unset()!!! it never bring up in my brain. Actually unexpected ... and it work !!!!

i just seen 'PS. I love you' in the theater... so I love this movie too much. have something in this movie make me crazy. its take my tear .. ( i never be like this) Its may cause of i see this movie alone and so muddle ...

After the movie, on the taxi, i'm so missing to a girl who used to be my girlfriend. and thinking about my hobbies in that time which waste our time. its cause make she gone from me....

I'm missing of her.. thinking the time we travel to Surin island together. Thinking to my first doll which give to a girl who i'm love on valentine. Thinking to my times which waste on absurd hobbies and make me loose from her.

'Google' is my favorite search engine and much more. And I used to have many problem to select keywords for search!! Advance Search is the better way to help you but you must waste your times to load new page right?

Today I have a small tips for make advance search in quick search by use the following keywords

'+' in front of common word to tell google do not ignore that word.

e.g. Star Wars Episode +I

'~' in front of your keyword it'll search the synonym for you too.

e.g. ~food ~facts

'OR'

e.g. vacation london OR paris

'site:' to specific search site.

e.g. admission site:stanford.edu

'..' to tell google 'this is range of number that i interesting'.

e.g. DVD player $50..$100

'*' to google fill the blank for you.

Regular Expression -- In Thai

I used to use Regular Expression since first year of my web programming experience in perl and continually use in other languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript and Java). It's useful for matching text. I usually got question for its patterns. Many people said it's too difficult to make understand on it. It just a easy pattern to check your string!!

Today, I saw a web that writing about this topic (in Thai) and I thought it's too many useful for any people who're coder/programmer or interesting.

Action script version 1 like javascript, version 2 is like java

Feisty Fawn on acer

After Feisty Fawn released on last month. I ordered Ubuntu CDs for installing it on my computer noebook. When I insert it on the bay and start my computer. Its said cannot find my display moniter !!!

After I ask the communities ubuntuclub for this event. They said acer in asia is not use hardware like in America or Europe. Its use locale hardware which not standard. So this mean not all series of acer notebook can install ubuntu of other version and distribute of linux!

I think my next computer will not acer in my list!!!

Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn Experience on Fujitsu Pentium III

The "Feisty Fawn", Ubuntu 7.04, released date I was download its for 2 edition, Desktop and Server. Mission for install in VMWare for Development server and Personal Server at my home.

Late of year 2005, I buy second hand PC for run bittorrent. After tested runing windows and too many bittorrent client. It not stable and cannot remote control(as you know Thailand Hi-speed internet in year 2005 is cannot said hi-speed, now is not be too). This make me decide to format and install the pc with some distribute of linux.

Its more than 18 months for slackware llinux that I never reinstall and run BTQueue(bittorrent client), LAMP and another testing server. not Its hard drive is too small (60 GB, Western Digital) and I have new 250 GB hard drive.

So, I just know for released of feisty fawn when I go backed home after buy it. This make me do not make decision for distribute of linux! I used 2-3 days for backup so the date of installing is coming....

Switch turning on and LED is lighting, It make me know for pc power is on! Installing of "Ubuntu 7.04 Desktop i386" is insert into CD-ROM drive and booting up to installation screen. Almost people select as I do, "Install", The screen was change into black and brown in a few time ... so it crash!!! - *-

Are my PC is too old for ubuntu

The plan was changed. "Ubuntu 7.04 Server i386" was replaced now! After installed It cannot reboot as usually. It must power off and power on again. It said like and any network device error! - -*

Is it the time to change my server? over 18 months 24x7 hours, 95% up time, eth0 (on-board) out of service - replaced with 3com (eth1), price 5,000.- THB. Is it time?

Ubuntu Feisty Release Party

Too long time since my last update. I cannot think about what will I write to my blog. But Last 2 days ago had a distribute of linux released. yes! it's ubuntu 7.04 or Feisty Fawn. My friends invite me to join the released party.

Its about 30 people in this party, almost used/using ubuntu and some for newbie and visitor who interesting in ubuntu and open source.

again and again with acer notebook

since new year later, I'm buy new notebook. A day later I must change to new one. Because It cannot use WI-FI (It not found any host). 2 Weeks after that, I found my notebook cannot use VT-capable and acer customer support make me too failed.

When I ask for how can I enable VT-capable on my notebook pc they said you must use VMWare !!! what the fuck for this answer????

Yesterday when I working for my job, The smoke is out from my notebook and build-in webcam melted and sticked to monitor lid case( ASPIRE 9950 series is usally have webcam with rotatable ).

And bad luck with me, Today is saturday !!! they can not dicision to change new notebook for me or anyone that can make me use it faster. So my job is inside and I ask them for SATA pair for me to copy my work out, But thy didn's have - -*

So I think is this brand suitable for me.

QC is too bad ( WIFI cannot use one, and short circuit webcam for another one)
disable VT-capable which technology I requried
